Returns & Refunds
Whether it’s a print, a greeting card, a sticker, or even an phone case, when you decide to make my work a part of your home, it means the world to me, and I want you to be happy with your purchase.
As an independent artist it is important to me that my work is represented in it’s best light. All products are produced only upon receipt of an order, ensuring everything you order is fresh off the production line, and not sitting in a box somewhere gathering dust.
To that end, refunds are not provided if you ordered the wrong size, color or simply changed your mind.
However, if you receive a damaged product in transit, or there is a printing error with the order, I am happy to provide either a reprint or a refund if you contact me with in 21 days of receipt of the product. (please note: in the event of damage in transit, I would ask that you take photos of the delivery box and the item so that I can submit an insurance claim) You may use the contact form below to get in touch with me directly.
A note about digital products: Due to the nature of the products, being digital, returns are not accepted. If you have any difficulty downloading, or importing, your digital purchase, please contact me directly, using the form below, and I will be happy to help you.
